This system is chemical free, making it environmentally friendly. It is recognised by conservation authorities and leading architects, especially for projects in conservation areas.
Water is atomised through a series of nozzles, creating a continuous wall of water vapour against the façade of a building over a period of a few hours. (This time depends on the build up of dirt and carbon on the surface.)
The effect of the atomised spray is to draw the dirt and carbon deposits to the surface. After which the building is washed down at low pressure with cold water, leaving the surface clean and bright.
